SIP Trunks

SIP Trunks are a common method of transferring voice traffic. SIP Trunks generally offers lower cost connectivity, redundancy, and a wide range of improved functionality and customizable options.

Although most consumers are not aware of the change, Sip Trunks have been the mode of choice for both homes and businesses for quite some time.
We provide Metered SIP Trunks for outgoing calls, incoming international DIDs and Toll Free services. The client pays a monthly fee per trunk and for usage for all traffic, including incoming and outgoing calls, can be supported on metered trunks. A minimum billing charge per SIP trunk may apply.

Pricing

• SIP Trunks are $10.00 per month per trunk
• Toll Free use our standard toll-free rates.
• Long distance charges use our standard long-distance charges.
• Phone numbers or DID’s use our standard pricing for these services.

Long Distance

We offer affordable long-distance termination via connections directly between the customer’s location and our network. The calls can originate from a PBX, a Canadian PSTN line, or any SIP-enabled voice application.
Basic features and benefits include:

• Blocking of high-cost locales and destinations known for fraud at the customer’s request
• Monthly call reports including detailed call records reports

Pricing

The Long-Distance service is billed based on usage.

• The cost per minute for a North American (Canadian and 48 states) usage will be $0.04 cents per minute.
• Independent telcos in Ontario and Quebec may have a surcharge.
• NWT and the Yukon have higher rates if calling into these territories.
• International rates are available upon request.

Toll Free Service

Toll Free services are a standard business service, and we offer affordable North America and International Toll-Free origination in over 50 countries. Toll Free calls can terminate to the customer over our network to our Off-Site PBX, A SIP trunk, a SIP application via the Internet or terminated to a PSTN (at a surcharge for local termination).

Pricing

The Toll-Free service pricing consists of a recuring monthly charge and a usage charge. No set up fees and existing numbers can be ported.

• Cost per number
  • The cost per number for a North American toll free number will be $2.00 per number.
  • The cost per number for international countries will very by country.
• Usage billed per minute
  • The cost per minute for a North American (Canadian and 48 states) usage will be $0.04 cents per minute. Independent telcos in Ontario and Quebec may have a surcharge.
  • NWT and the Yukon have higher rates if dialed from these territories.
• International origination will vary by country

Phone Numbers

We can provide phones numbers from over 100 countries worldwide. In North America we can provide new phone numbers or port over a customer’s existing phone.

There are a small percentage of locations where porting of numbers is not possible, usually these are the small intendent telephone company areas.

Pricing

• North American phone numbers are from $2.00 per number.
• International phone numbers vary by country.
• Usage charges may or may not apply depending on the service the numbers are being connect to. If they are terminating on our remote PBX, the usage is included.
